How do dentists stay current?

Primarily through continuing education courses and reading professional journals.  Often we get  ideas about courses we should take, by talking with colleagues . One frequent topic that dentists discuss when they get together is: What is new and interesting in our field?.

In my case, I am most likely to take a course if it was recommended by someone I trust. Some of my best sources have been my Invisalign rep, my dental labs and of course other dentist friends .
